Strong bow and arrow were the most lethal weapons of the ancient Japanese who lived on fishing and hunting. In the Edo period, because of the need of the Tokugawa shogunate ruling group, there appeared the “Wenshu” which was not aimed at killing, and archery has since been interpreted into the entertainment culture of shooting and drinking, and the Japanese society has since been born the justice of the king and the minister, the order of the elder and the younger.
